RETURN POLICY
This returned goods policy applies to the NUBEAU product line. The products covered by this returned goods policy are located on this web site.
1. All NUBEAU product returns must be sent to:

All returns must be acccompanied by an original invoice, original package,
and unused product. Notification by phone to (800) 707-7937.
2. Product returned within 30 days of receipt by customer and meeting policy requirements will be processed without transaction fees.
3. NUBEAU Corporation will issue credit for returned goods within 30 days of receipt of product. No deduction may be taken prior to that time.
4. Product not purchased either directly from NUBEAU Corporation or from an authorized distributor of the NUBEAU Corporation will not be accepted for credit.
5. Distributors are not authorized to accept return of NUBEAU product except in the case of mis-shipments or ordering errors.
6. Returned products will be promptly evaluated and credit will reflect eligibility and/or ineligibility. All product returned, whether eligible for credit or not becomes property of NUBEAU. All NUBEAU products are returned with the understanding that they are subject to final review and evaluation by NUBEAU, and will be processed in accordance with the most recent returned goods policy in effect at the time the return is received.
7. Returned product will receive an exchange credit for value of merchandise returned less shipping and handling.
8. this returned goods policy applies to the original purchase only. Product which has been repackaged, product purchased through a bankruptcy sale, fire sale, sacrifice sale or otherwise known as distress merchandise, or product not in the original container is not eligible for credit.
9. NUBEAU Corporation reserves the right to amend this policy by notification to the consumer.
10. Retail customers should return product to place of purchase to receive credit.
